If you're having trouble accessing your Tatnav account, try the following:

• Make sure you're using the email address connected to your Tatnav account.
• Check that your password has been entered correctly.
• Use the password reset option if you've forgotten your password.
• Close and reopen the Tatnav app.
• Make sure you're using the latest version of Tatnav.
